I am so excited that July has arrived because I have been dying all summer for the fourth of July to get here. We had so much fun taking Tobi out last year that I've just really been looking forward to it this year. Plus! Moxtek is taking us to Lagoon this month too! And on that note, here's the desktop!

Oh dear....
I took my eyes off of him for a minute...that's all it took.
And in case you are wondering, it's about half a tube of A&D Diaper Rash Cream that he's covered in.

Our big ultrasound
I had my big ultrasound a couple weeks ago and we got to have another look at our new little guy. The doctor confirmed that he is indeed, a boy, so no worries there! Everything looks great and healthy, he's growing right on schedule. The poor kid does have the large Leavitt head that seems to run in the family, which is okay with me because we Leavitts have AMAZING looking kids ha ha! They will be testing me at my next appointment in a couple more weeks for the gestational diabetes, I am so ready to know what's happening with that. I've already had a couple friends bring me some wonderful gifts for Grayson and I've had a lot of people ask me if I'm doing a shower. I wasn't going to but I've had so many people ask that now I'm wondering if maybe I should? I don't know, I know times are changing and people are doing multiple showers now, I just don't want to offend people by having another one.
And here are our newest pictures of little Grayson!
I LOVE this one of his little profile, he has the cutest little nose already and I can't wait to see his cute face when he gets here!

24 Weeks!
I am 24 weeks as of yesterday and I am feeling so good! I don't know if it's the happiness from being in our new apartment or if I have truly hit that point in my pregnancy where I no longer feel sick all the time...either way I'll take it! My gag reflex is still hanging around but it's not nearly as bad as what it was. I remember being pretty sick with Tobi until about 27 weeks or so, which is about the time I started insulin for the diabetes, I didn't make that connection until now....
I have an appointment in a couple weeks where they will be testing me for the diabetes and at this point, I don't care either way, I think I'm just ready to hear a yes or no on whether or not I have it again. Being on the downhill slide of my pregnancy now, I'm thinking by the time they test me I'll be 26 weeks, leaving me with 14 left...I can handle 14 weeks of diabetes if that's the case. I'm just ready to have this baby ha ha! I'm starting to get pretty uncomfortable. He sits SUPER low in my belly which is making it awkward for me to walk now, especially when going up and down stairs, and it's seriously painful anytime I have to bend over. My belly is getting bigger, Tobi told me the other day that it's "a big one"....thanks buddy. He then compared it to his and decided mine was "too big". Oh well, only until October and then not only is it bye-bye huge belly, but goodbye to huge everything! I lost a lot of weight with Tobi and with this baby I'm determined to do even better. Jordan has been working really hard lately to get in shape and it just makes me even more excited. I've been trying to exercise here and there and I have a really hard time unless I'm in the water. It's the only place where I don't feel the giant weight of my body and can actually get in a good workout. I'm also doing better with what I'm eating and how much.
I'm feeling a TON of Grayson movement and I love it. As each week passes I just get more and more excited to meet this new little boy. I still hope he looks more like me but I will be happy no matter what!

Our Father's Day
We had such a wonderful Father's Day this year! Jordan had the day off and was able to come with me to my family BBQ being held in honor of all the awesome daddy's. And the best part? Two of my cousins, who I haven't seen in a very long time, came as well and the whole family was so happy to see them. We had some super delicious food followed by root beer floats for dessert, which the little ones devoured! And then we played The Game of Things, one of our FAVORITE family games, and we all had a blast. We came home exhausted but very happy.
Happy Fathers Day!

Shannon's 24th!
Shannon turned 24 last week on the 6th so I took her out to dinner for her big day. We went to the Pizza Factory which was SUPER yummy and Marin joined us too so that was nice. After that we bummed around at Target for a bit (we love Target) and then we went to Amber's place to get glitter toes! It was so fun and Shannon ended up doing hers in the rainbow neon colors like mine and they look so cute! I'm glad I got to take her out and spend some birthday time with her, she's such a great friend and sometimes I'm not very good at communicating my gratitude and appreciation. She's such a fun girl and she constantly has me cracking up.
Happy Birthday Shannon, I hope your day was fabulous!
Our first summer swim
This was actually a few weeks ago, I'm a bit behind on my blogging, but we took Tobi to the Scera pool for our first summer swim and we had a blast! The pool was perfect for little kids and Tobi loved it. We got him a puddle jumper life jacket and you would not believe how much that boosted his confidence in the water. Since then he wants to swim almost every day. Our pool at the complex opened up a couple weeks ago and we've taken him a few times there too, it's so nice! I just love the summer and being outside in the sun and water.
