Zoo trip!

We finally made it to the zoo this summer with Jordan, sort of an end of the summer fun day.  We got to go with both my parents and Chace who were totally willing to plan it for one of Jordan's days off...turns out it's really not hard to do and pretty painless (not sure why people keep boobing about it).  We left first thing in the morning and stopped for breakfast, where Tobi mooched off of everyone's plates much to his delight.  Then we made our way to the zoo, we ended up taking a wrong turn and came up from behind the zoo...there were a lot of speed bumps and Tobi kept cracking up every time we went over one, it was hilarious!

When we got there we realized we totally forgot our stroller...FAIL!  But turns out it didn't cost much at all to rent one from the zoo and Tobi really enjoyed having something new to ride in, so it worked out in our favor.  My parents and Chace hadn't been to the zoo in a long time and really enjoyed sharing the day with Tobi.  Jordan took him on the carousel for the very FIRST time and he LOVED it, it was so cute.  We caught the bird show and then went on a train ride before we left, Tobi was exhausted but had fun with my family.  It was so nice to spend some time with them for a change and we all had fun.
