Easter Weekend

We had such a fun weekend! On Saturday, Tobi and I got up and went over to Grammie and Papa's house in Provo. They set up a brand new swing set for him and were so excited to have him come over and play on it. He got so excited when we arrived at my parents house and couldn't wait to play. My dad took him out on the swing set and let him play for a while. He loves to swing and he also LOVES the slide.

In the meantime, I worked on our roast for dinner and my mom helped me whip up my Chocolate Delight for dessert, which turned out to be a huge hit. Dinner was fabulous and we got to visit with Andrew and Bronwyn which is always so nice. Unfortunately, Chace was out of town on a four-wheeling trip (spoiled little brat!) so he wasn't there. My parents spoiled Tobi as usual and gave him a LOT of cool Easter stuff. He got his own little car to play with at Grammie and Papa's house, along with coloring books, crayons, Easter books, and a boat for the bathtub. Then they gave him a very cool Leap Frog reader along with three books to read with it. VERY cool!! Tobi got tired and we had to scratch our plans for egg painting, which is okay because there will be many more years for egg painting.

Sunday morning we woke up and SURPRISE! the Easter bunny came! Tobi was so surprised to see all his loot spread out over his chair. He didn't waste any time checking it out and boy was he excited. That sneaky bunny even hid plastic goody eggs in with all the loot. After a very yummy Easter Sunday breakfast, we broke into some of the sweet sugary goodies that the bunny left and Tobi was WIRED for hours after.
